By accessing nova.wine or purchasing tickets or products from Nova Destinations, LLC ("Nova"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued except in the event of a Nova-initiated cancellation. If Nova cancels an event, ticket holders will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event at Nova's discretion. Tickets are non-transferable unless stated otherwise. Nova reserves the right to refuse entry to any person.
You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase alcohol. By completing an alcohol purchase you certify that you are 21 or older and that the recipient at delivery will also be 21 or older. Adult signature is required at delivery. Nova is not responsible for orders refused at delivery due to failed age verification. We comply with all applicable state alcohol shipping laws; we cannot ship to states where shipping is prohibited.
Nova reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors or product unavailability, and will issue a full refund in such cases. Shipping times are estimates only. Nova is not responsible for carrier delays.
Nova Keys and Wonder attunements are digital products tied to your account. They are non-refundable and non-transferable. Nova reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Project Wonder features at any time. Story content and experiences may change without notice.
Visitors to Nova Destinations must comply with all posted rules. Nova reserves the right to remove any person from the property without refund. Consumption of alcohol is limited to those 21 and older. Nova is not responsible for personal injury or property damage resulting from failure to follow posted rules or staff instructions.
All content on nova.wine including text, images, logos, and the Project Wonder / Wonder Network story universe is owned by Nova Destinations, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Nova's liability for any claim arising from use of our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific product or ticket giving rise to the claim. Nova is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mercer County, Pennsylvania.
