Accessibility & Accommodations

Last updated: July 21, 2026

Nova Destinations is committed to providing a welcoming and enjoyable experience for guests of all abilities. We continue to improve the accessibility of our property, events, website, and guest services.

Because Nova Destinations includes indoor buildings, outdoor event areas, playgrounds, trails, grass, gravel, hills, and changing event layouts, accessibility may vary by location. We encourage guests to contact us before visiting when they have questions about a particular venue, event, or area of the property.

Request an Accommodation

Email hello@nova.wine with the subject line Accessibility Accommodation Request.

Nova Destinations will not charge a guest an additional fee solely for an approved disability-related accommodation.

Request an Accommodation

Guests who need an accommodation for an event, reservation, rental, dining experience, or general visit may contact us by email at hello@nova.wine.

When contacting us, please include:

  • Your name
  • The event or location you plan to visit
  • The date of your visit
  • The accommodation or assistance that would help you participate
  • Your preferred method of communication

We will work directly with you to understand your needs and determine an effective and reasonable accommodation.

Advance notice is helpful, particularly when an interpreter, captioning service, specialized equipment, or event-specific arrangement may be needed. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist with requests received closer to an event.

Guests are not required to disclose a medical diagnosis. We only need enough information to understand the accommodation or assistance being requested.

Communication Assistance

Guests who are Deaf, hard of hearing, blind, have low vision, or have another communication-related disability may request assistance for an event or visit.

Depending on the event and the guest's needs, assistance may include:

  • Written event information
  • Accessible digital materials
  • Reserved seating in an appropriate location
  • Real-time captioning
  • Sign-language interpretation
  • Assistance understanding event instructions
  • Alternative ways to receive announcements, clues, menus, or other important information
  • Communication by email or text instead of telephone

Because the appropriate accommodation may be different for each person and each event, we ask guests to tell us what method of communication works best for them.

Some Nova events, including murder mysteries, performances, tours, trails, workshops, and themed experiences, may include spoken dialogue, music, announcements, audience participation, lighting effects, or movement between locations. Please contact us before the event so we can explain how it operates and coordinate appropriate assistance.

Physical Accessibility

The main buildings and restrooms at Nova Destinations are wheelchair accessible.

Available accessibility features include:

  • Accessible parking spaces
  • Accessible building entrances
  • Accessible restrooms
  • Accessible seating areas

Some outdoor areas may include grass, gravel, slopes, hills, uneven ground, or changing weather conditions. Temporary event layouts may also affect routes and seating locations.

Guests who use a wheelchair, walker, cane, mobility scooter, or other mobility device are encouraged to contact us before visiting for information about the most accessible parking area, entrance, seating location, or route for a specific event.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide accessible seating and a suitable route based on the event location and current property conditions.

Outdoor Areas and Trails

Nova Destinations includes outdoor areas that may not be fully accessible to every mobility device.

Conditions may include:

  • Grass
  • Gravel
  • Uneven ground
  • Hills or slopes
  • Mud or soft ground following rain
  • Temporary cords, tents, tables, fencing, or event equipment
  • Longer distances between buildings and event areas

Please contact us before purchasing tickets or arriving for an outdoor event if you would like specific information about the route, distance, terrain, seating, or accessibility of an activity.

We will provide honest information about the conditions so you can decide whether the experience will meet your needs.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is available in designated areas and may vary depending on the event layout.

Guests may request:

  • Wheelchair-accessible seating
  • Space for a mobility device
  • Seating near an entrance or exit
  • Seating closer to a stage, speaker, interpreter, or screen
  • Seating with fewer stairs or shorter walking distances
  • Companion seating
  • Seating away from loud speakers, flashing lights, or crowded areas when available

Please contact us before the event when possible so we can reserve an appropriate location.

Service Animals

Trained service animals are welcome in public guest areas in accordance with applicable law.

Service animals must remain under the control of their handler. Pets and emotional-support animals that are not trained service animals may be subject to Nova Destinations' regular pet policies and event restrictions.

Because Nova Destinations serves food and beverages and includes outdoor areas, crowds, children, music, and other animals at certain events, guests are encouraged to contact us with questions before visiting.

Sensory Considerations

Some Nova Destinations events may include:

  • Live or amplified music
  • Loud announcements
  • Crowds
  • Flashing or decorative lighting
  • Fog, smoke, or theatrical effects
  • Costumed performers
  • Strong food or beverage aromas
  • Audience participation
  • Sudden sounds
  • Outdoor heat, cold, rain, or wind

Guests who have sensory sensitivities may contact us before an event to ask about expected conditions.

When reasonably available, we may be able to assist with seating away from speakers, information about quieter arrival times, advance event details, or another adjustment.

Food Allergies and Dietary Requests

Nova Destinations serves food and beverages in active commercial kitchens and event environments.

Guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering or purchasing an event ticket. We will provide available ingredient information and discuss possible options.

However, our kitchens handle multiple ingredients and cannot guarantee that any food or beverage is completely free from allergens or cross-contact.

Guests attending a ticketed meal should contact us as early as possible because menus may be prepared in advance and substitutions may be limited.

Website Accessibility

We are working to make nova.wine accessible and usable for people of all abilities.

Our ongoing accessibility efforts include reviewing:

  • Page headings and structure
  • Text size and readability
  • Color contrast
  • Keyboard navigation
  • Image descriptions
  • Forms and form labels
  • Buttons and links
  • Event information
  • Menus
  • Ticketing and checkout
  • Mobile-device usability
  • Compatibility with assistive technologies

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some older pages, third-party services, embedded tools, downloadable documents, ticketing systems, maps, or external websites may not yet provide the same level of accessibility as the main Nova Destinations website.

Website Assistance

If you have difficulty using any part of nova.wine, please email hello@nova.wine.

Please include:

  • The page or feature you were trying to use
  • A description of the difficulty
  • The information or service you were trying to access
  • Your preferred method of communication

We can provide information in another format, assist with a ticket purchase or reservation, or help complete a website-related task when reasonably possible.

We also use accessibility feedback to improve the website.

Third-Party Services

Nova Destinations may use outside services for ticketing, payments, maps, reservations, videos, social media, or other website features.

Although we do not control every part of these third-party systems, guests who experience difficulty should contact us. We will make reasonable efforts to assist with the transaction or provide the needed information through another method.

Emergencies and Medical Assistance

Nova Destinations employees are not medical professionals and cannot provide personal medical care, lifting assistance, medication administration, or continuous personal supervision.

Guests who require personal care should attend with an appropriate support person or caregiver.

In an emergency, Nova Destinations staff may contact emergency services.

Our Continuing Commitment

Accessibility is not a one-time project. Events, layouts, technology, and guest needs change over time.
