Scallywag Distilling is our on-site craft distillery at Nova Destinations, located at 1474 State Route 208 in Pulaski, PA — a short drive from Sharon and the Hermitage area. We make whiskey, vodka, rum, and seasonal spirits right here, and you can stop in and sample the lineup any time we're open.

Do I Need a Reservation to Come Try Your Spirits?

No reservation is needed for a regular visit. You can walk in during normal business hours, head over to Scallywag Distilling, and sample what we've got. Reservations only come into play for private events, ticketed dinners, or special themed weekends — check our event page before you come if you want to be sure.

We're open Thursday 4:00–9:00pm, Friday 3:00–10:00pm, Saturday 12:00–10:00pm, and Sunday 12:00–6:00pm. Closed Monday through Wednesday.

Quite a bit. The property is 15 acres with four venues, outdoor spaces, yard games, and seven playgrounds across our Pulaski and New Wilmington locations — including castle- and pirate-themed play areas for kids. Dogs are welcome on leash in the outdoor areas, and parking is free.

We also have food available with rotating menus, so you're not just coming for a drink — you can make an afternoon or evening of it. Yes. We're at 1474 State Route 208, Pulaski PA 16143 — about 75 miles north of Pittsburgh, and a short drive from Hermitage and Sharon. The old landmark in the area is Spring Water Acres, which locals will recognize. We have a large free parking lot, and the main building and restrooms are wheelchair accessible.
